Anubis Times Square Exhibition

In anticipation of the much heralded return of King Tutankhamen artifacts to New York City, the Raise Plow team designed and implemented an exhilarating New York City harbor display which included bringing a 7-ton, 26-foot tall statue of Anubis to the Statue of Liberty, Liberty Island and lower Manhattan to signal the return King Tut exhibit which was finally returning to New York City after a thirty year absence. The Raise Plow team was indispensable to coordinating with the various federal, state and local and law enforcement agencies to allow the event to occur without issue and amid much public fanfare and media attention. The team then installed the 7-ton, 26-foot tall statue of Anubis, the jackal-headed, Egyptian God of the Dead in place at its temporary home overlooking the Shubert Theater on 44th Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenue for the run of the exhibit.
